Sauna session in Kværndrup

Sauna sessions in Kværndrup take place at SaunaTribe // UrKana on Grønnebjergvej, where the sauna is built on Martin and Melek's land. Behind it stands the association UrKana, which works for community, self-development and connection with nature, and that shapes the tone in the sauna. A session is typically three to four rounds with essential oils, herbs, smoke and music, and between rounds you cool off under the cold showers with a view of the bog, Egeskov Castle and the mill. The sauna is wood-fired, and visiting sauna hosts are invited in for special events.
