Lucky Punch Saunagus

Lucky Punch Saunagus is at Pilestræde 65 in Copenhagen, right next to 25hours Hotel Indre By, where the Lucky Punch boxing studio also has a sauna. The sauna session is guided and consists of three rounds of steam infused with essential oils, breathwork, music and cold dips or showers between rounds. It is meant for recovery and stress release, both after a workout and on its own.

Saunagus at Lucky Punch takes place in the sauna at 25hours Hotel Indre By, which you reach through our boxing studio in Pilestræde. Every Lucky Sauna Gus lasts an hour and consists of three rounds of steam infused with essential oils, deep breathing, music and cold dips between rounds, followed by snacks and drinks. The sessions are led by our regular sauna hosts, each with their own style, from calm and relaxing with aromatic oils to sessions with serious heat and skilled towel work. We hold sessions on weekday evenings and at midday on weekends, and you can easily join one straight after a workout. Bring your swimsuit, a towel and a water bottle, and arrive at least 15 minutes early at the studio downstairs, where you check in.
