Lyngby Svømmehal

Lyngby Svømmehal sits in the Lyngby Idrætsby sports park on Lundtoftevej and has a 50-metre pool, a diving pool with 1- and 3-metre boards and a diving tower, and a warm pool for babies, children and therapy. There are traditional saunas in both the women's and the men's changing rooms, plus an infrared cabin with light therapy and a dry-land fitness zone. In the middle of the sports park you will find Den Blå Café, serving fresh sandwiches and home-baked buns.

Sauna gus with us takes place in the swimming hall's sauna, where the gus master puts on atmospheric music and pours water with essential oils over the hot stones. A session lasts 30 minutes and comes in three parts: ten minutes of gus, a ten-minute break, and ten minutes of gus again. Our gus masters keep it calm and sensory, so it suits you whether this is your first gus or you come every week. The ticket here covers the gus only – you buy the entry ticket for the swimming hall at reception when you arrive. There is no sauna gus in weeks with public holidays.
