Sauna gus at Saunaguz in Farum takes place in the sauna on Hørmarken, where there are only 11 places and the cold wilderness bath stands ready between rounds. A gus lasts 75 minutes and consists of three rounds with essential oils, guided by the house's trained gus masters. Along the way we serve fruit, homemade ginger shots and water or tea. With so few places the group stays small and calm, and you can easily come on your own. The sauna area can also be rented for private events. Bring swimwear and a towel.
