Saunagus og havbad

SEIER is a modern fitness and wellness centre in the Pakhusene buildings on Aarhus Ø that runs saunagus several times a week during the winter season in its large sauna, followed by winter bathing. A gus master adds water with essential oils to the stones and sends the steam around the participants, and a session runs in a couple of sets of rising intensity, broken only by short pauses for a cold dip and hydration. SEIER is one of the few places in Aarhus with both a sauna and winter bathing, and the gus experience ends with a refreshing dip in the harbour canal right outside the door.
