All sauna sessions in Denmark in one place
1644 open sessions in the next week at 212 venues — gathered, searchable and updated every day.
Every venue has its own booking system, and a session is easy to miss. GoSauna fetches their programmes automatically several times a day and shows them side by side, so you can see what is on tonight, this weekend or during your next holiday week — without opening twenty tabs.
Find the right session
📅 Day and time
Pick a day in the calendar — the next two weeks are ready instantly, and you can go up to three months ahead. If it has to be after work, narrow it to daytime (before 17) or evening (from 17).
📍 Venue
Find sessions nearby (5 or 10 km from you), in a particular city, or choose venues freely — from a list or by pointing at the map. If you have set favourite venues, they are one click away.
🔥 Theme and facilities
Filter by what you are in the mood for: Power, Calm, Music, Herbal, Scrub, Full moon, New moon, At least 4 rounds, Women only, Men only or Family. Facilities such as sea dips, ice baths and wood-fired stoves filter the same way.
Courses and yoga, breathwork and meditation have their own menu items — they do not mix into the session search.
🔎 Search and sort
Search freely for a host, a venue, a city or words in the title. Sort by time, by venue, by distance from you — or by price, if the budget decides.
🎟️ Price and free spots
Every session shows time, duration, host, price and how many spots are left — for example “8/15 spots”. If you only want to see what you can still book, switch on “available only”.
Pages that gather it all
The venue
Every venue has its own page with address and map, photos, description, facilities, any clip cards — and the venue's full upcoming programme. At the bottom you will find other venues nearby. See them all on the list of venues.
The host
Hosts have their own page too. If you have experienced one who hit exactly right, you can see where and when they are next running a session — across venues.
⭐ Reviews
Guests give stars and a few words to venues and hosts. You can read them without an account; writing one just requires a profile.
With a free profile
Everything above works without signing up. A profile is for the things that require us to be able to notify you. There is no password — you get a login link by email, and you decide which messages you want.
❤️ Favourite venues
Mark the places you actually go. Then one click shows only their sessions, and they are preselected when you build a watch.
🔔 Sessions you follow
Build your own watch and give it a name — for example “Evening session in Sydhavn”. Choose venues, themes, weekdays and daytime or evening, and you get an email when new matching sessions appear. You can have several at a time.
Notice of a free spot
If a session is sold out, you can set an alert on that exact one. If a spot opens up, you are notified straight away — they disappear again quickly.
Follow a session or a host
Follow a session you have your eye on and hear about it if the time, the host or the availability changes. Follow a host and get notified whenever they put new sessions in the calendar.
We only send what you have asked for. Every email can be unsubscribed with one click, and you can delete your profile and all your data from your own page.
Booking happens at the venue
GoSauna does not sell tickets and does not take payments. Once you have found your session, the button sends you straight on to the venue's own booking system — and the agreement is between you and them. We earn nothing from which session you choose.
Times, prices and free spots come from the venues themselves. We keep it as fresh as we can, but the venue's own booking is always what counts.
Are you a venue?
Taking part is free, and there is no contract to sign. If you already use a booking system, we fetch your sessions automatically as soon as the venue is approved. If you do not, you can create your sessions directly with us — including as a fixed weekly series.
You keep the address, website, description in Danish and English, photos, facilities and hosts up to date yourselves. If your venue is already listed, you can request access to it via “Is this your venue?” at the bottom of its page.
Who is behind it
GoSauna is made in Denmark by a sauna session enthusiast who was tired of searching. The site is available in Danish and English. If a venue is missing, something is wrong, or you have an idea — get in touch.
