Heat Harmony is a saunagus in Copenhagen's Nordvest, where guided rituals combine Nordic heat, essential oils, cold-water tubs and calm between rounds. A session lasts 75 minutes with three gus rounds and pauses in between.

To simply just be here, is the atmosphere I want to create when guiding you. By finding gentle, yet creative ways to relax in the sauna, I hope to bring a little bit of softness & joy into your day ~ & maybe those sensations can butterfly into another part of your life. I am also an artist & yoga teacher based mostly in Copenhagen. I have a background in yoga, breathwork, embodied movement, karma yoga, music, various art practices and art therapy. As a Gus Facilitator, my sessions are a blend between creativity, connection, and community. Being a musician & applying my knowledge of art therapy, I like to experiment with various genres of music & the way they make us feel. Music is a language of its own & I hope to guide you into the creative bliss!
