Saunagus

Albertslund Svøm & Fitness sits on Nyvej and gathers a swimming pool and a fitness centre under one roof. Every ticket gives access to the sauna during its opening hours, and the venue's sauna gus takes place in the infrared sauna by the pool, which holds nine people. Besides gus there are water classes, spinning, circuit training, mobility and personal training.
