Plugin Heat Club in Sydhavn offers saunagus combining heat, cold plunge, breathing techniques, aromatherapy, music and community. Each session consists of three gus rounds with breaks in between and typically lasts 75 minutes.

Originally from Zimbabwe, she brings a natural love for warmth and intensity into every session - expect powerful heat waves designed to challenge and awaken. As a dancer, she guides with both grounded stillness and expressive movement. Her sessions are built around three distinct energies, each guided by a carefully curated playlist.
