About the event
The sober sauna party. The music leads. You follow the feeling. Catch a stranger's eye. Smile. Clap. Move. This is heat as a social ritual, playful, loud, alive. Every session has its own pulse: R&B, Afrobeats, beach club, rave, electronic. The DJ sets the vibe. The room does the rest. Move freely. Breathe freely. Get High On Life.

Host
Anas brings good energy, good vibes, and a genuine joy for life into every session. For him, sauna is about celebrating the privilege of being able to slow down, turn up the heat, embrace the cold, and simply be present. His sessions are a space to let go, feel the music, and reconnect with yourself and the people around you. He brings his own personality and experiences into every session. Sometimes that means sharing a little piece of his everyday life or something personal, and other times it’s simply about creating a moment where everyone can forget everything else and enjoy being right here, right now. What to expect: Heat, cold, music, good energy, and a journey that invites you to breathe, let go, and celebrate life together.
