Saunagus

Kirsebærkroen is an inn offering wellness and retreats in idyllic Præstø, surrounded by forest and fjord – just an hour's drive from Copenhagen. The saunagus is a guided experience with essential oils and calm music: three rounds of 10-12 minutes with breaks for cold dips in the plunge tub or straight in the fjord, light snacks and the inn's homemade body scrubs. The price includes a sugar/salt scrub and a warm ginger drink, and the gus runs with a minimum of five participants.
