Hindsgavl Slot stands at the end of the castle avenue on the Hindsgavl peninsula in Middelfart, surrounded by the castle park and the Naturpark Lillebælt nature park. At the far end of the park the castle has its own small private beach with a bathing jetty and covered bathing huts facing Fænøsund, and this is where the sauna stands, with room for 12 people. The sauna sessions are held by the jetty with the option of a cold dip in the Little Belt, and bathrobes and slippers can be rented at reception. The castle has a restaurant and free parking close to the main building.
