Saunagus

Vallensbæk Vand- og Idrætsby is the municipality's swimming and sports centre on Idræts Allé, with a 25-metre sports pool, a multi-purpose pool with 1, 3 and 5 metre diving boards, a children's pool and a warm-water pool with a spa area, plus a 50-metre water slide. The shared area has a Finnish sauna where the venue has just launched sauna sessions - there are also separate saunas in the men's and women's changing rooms, though only the sauna hosts are allowed to pour water on the stoves. Sauna sessions require sign-up, and the spot is booked online.
