About the event
Her behøver du ikke præstere noget. Vi går langsomt ind i varmen og giver kroppen tid til at følge med. Gennem flere runder bevæger vi os mellem varme, dufte, musik og stilhed. Kim arbejder med egne blandinger af æteriske olier, urter og infusioner. Duftene bygges op undervejs – fra det lette og åbne til det dybe, jordnære og sanselige. Åndedrættet følger naturligt med. Nogle gange med enkel guidning, andre gange blot som en invitation til at mærke kroppen. Kims gus har ikke travlt. Der er plads til at lande, mærke og være nysgerrig på det, der opstår, når vi for en stund skruer ned for tempoet og lader varme, natur, dufte og åndedræt arbejde sammen.
