Slip hverdagen og genoplad kroppen - 2 timers lækker, varm saunagus med Simon Træd ind i varmen og lad hverdagen slippe sit greb. Simons saunagus er en oplevelse, hvor nærvær, energi og ro smelter sammen. Med sin smittende og jordnære energi skaber han et trygt rum, hvor du kan lande i dig selv. Hver gus består ofte af fire nøje udvalgte olier, som Simon mestrer at kombinere og anvende, så du får en sanselig og intens oplevelse. Gusene er afmålte, varme og kompromisløse, og musikken er en naturlig del af rejsen. Her er der plads til at give slip, mærke kroppen og finde tilbage til din indre styrke.
