Efterårsferie saunagus kl 14

Roskilde Badet holds saunagus in the wellness area's shared sauna with tiered seating. A gus master pours water and essential oils onto the hot stones and spreads the heat and scents with a towel, so participants feel and smell the blends while blood flow increases and the body relaxes. Saunagus runs several times a week, including special evenings for women only and for men only with salt peeling, and you cool down under cold showers. Saunagus is for participants aged 16 and over.
