En sanselig saunagus med fokus på ro i systemet og god energi ved brug af tunge og afslappende trædufte såsom forskellige slags cedertræ og palo santo. Mellem runderne guides du i z-health øvelser, der mobiliserer led og muskler. Afslutningsvis afholdes en kort dampgus.

Wellcome is a fitness and spa club on Philip Heymans Allé in Hellerup, where the gym floor, the spa and the sauna sessions all belong to the same membership. The spa area has a classic Finnish sauna, a steam bath and a quiet space for winding down after training or a long day. The sauna sessions are guided, with aromas, music and breathing techniques, and they are led by trained sauna hosts. The house also offers massage along with facial and foot treatments.
