About the event
In a VIBRANT saunagus you can expect the heat and steam level to be generally high and the atmosphere joyful and uplifting. There can be powerful peaks and you might find yourself singing, breathing deeply and sweating it all out. Throughout the rounds you might also encounter more mellow and calm periods and you will always have plenty of time to integrate and land the experience. PRACTICAL INFO: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before time to have time to get changed. Due to limited spaces, you can only buy one ticket per person for the sauna. Bring your own towel and the amount of clothes you feel comfortable with. Be aware that some people might feel comfortable in a sauna without wearing clothes. In addition to a changing room with 3 showers, we also have an outdoor shower that you can use. PRICE & SIGN-UP The SÄUNA costs only 110 kr. for Rört members, and 220 kr. for non-members. All are welcome. Due to limited spaces in the sauna, you can only buy a ticket for one session per evening. Please be aware that there is a No-show fee if you reserve a spot that you do not make use of and preventing someone else from being able to sign up and attend the class. Rört is a community for movement and meditation in Copenhagen NV, with a hot sauna seating 20, a big cold tub and a secluded wooden terrace. The gus master pours water and oils onto the wood-fired stove and guides an intense, calming hour of sweating and cooling down. The sauna can also be rented.

My passion is the bodily encounter with ourselves and others, and the curiosity towards how we bring freedom, intimacy, and creativity into this meeting. My exploration investigates how we accommodate ourselves and others when we meet, and how we invite intimacy into this meeting while feeling our own boundaries. That encounter is healing, and in it we create space to experience further aspects of what it means to be human. I use many methods to work with this in my teaching: yoga, meditation, acroyoga, theatre, massage, and singing. My experience is that a joyful connection to the world begins with a joyful connection to ourselves and that is what I want to share in my teaching – where I put great emphasis on the safe space where it is fun and nice to explore. I have been teaching since 2008 and have for the past six years held numerous courses, workshops, and retreat in acroyoga, yoga, meditation, and thaiyoga-massage. I live on Møn, teach in Copenhagen, and travel frequently.
