About the event
WHAT: 75 min. of sauna with 3 rounds of SaunaGus with Sauna Masters, Cold plunge, and showers. Free electrolyte drink - just bring your own water bottle or buy a Just Sauna bottle on site. POWER Turn up the heat for some Burning Love. Energizing sauna experiences with bold aromas and dynamic music to fuel your passion and power. Heat Level varies from sauna master, group energy and intention of the day's session. NEED TO KNOW: Arrive 15 minutes before start to land, show your ticket and get changed. We start on time - If you arrive late, please then stay outside until the next round. Please note: It is required to bring 1 big towel to use inside the sauna (must cover your back and sitting area) to participate in the event. If you forget you can rent one on site.

Just Sauna sits under Bispeengbuen in Urban13 and combines a classic Finnish sauna with cold plunges, breathing and trained sauna masters. Guided saunagus is offered in Relax, Power and Herbal versions, with a cold tub and outdoor showers outside.

En af de absolut vigtigste elementer i en SaunaGus for Claus er at skabe et mentalt og fysisk frirum. Claus har en baggrund i akupunktur og Reiki-healing og tager derfor en holistisk tilgang til mennesket med ind i saunaoplevelsen. Varmen og de skønne æteriske olier understøttes af rolig og afslappende musik. Deltagerne vil ofte opleve, at der bliver spillet musik med et mantra, som de kan synge med på inde i sig selv.
