About the event
WHAT: 75 min. of sauna with 3 rounds of SaunaGus with Sauna Masters, Cold plunge, and showers. Free electrolyte drink - just bring your own water bottle or buy a Just Sauna bottle on site. HERBAL Sense the connecting to nature, to ourselves and our senses with our Herbal Sauna sessions. Experience infusions and whisks and smudging. Heat Level varies from sauna master, group energy and intention of the day's session. NEED TO KNOW: Arrive 15 minutes before start to land, show your ticket and get changed. We start on time - If you arrive late, please then stay outside until the next round. Please note: It is required to bring 1 big towel to use inside the sauna (must cover your back and sitting area) to participate in the event. If you forget you can rent one on site.

A wellness studio in the heart of Frederikssund with a sauna for 40-45 people, cold plunges and a yoga studio, close to the station and the sea. It offers both Power and relax saunagus as well as full moon saunagus in 75-minute sessions including breaks.

Nærvær og forbundethed. For Jakob Viggo er SaunaGus som at tage på en rejse sammen, med kroppen og sindet som deltagerne fartøjer. Et trip, om man vil. Han lægger kursen ad ruter, som passerer semi-psykedeliske og lidt spaced-out udsigter. Musik er meget vigtig for ham, og når han guider rejsen, vil deltagerne høre meget af det, som han selv bruger tid på at lytte til.
