I’m a smiling, grounded soul who loves bringing softness and calm into the sauna. As a facilitator, I gently guide people into conscious breathing and into letting the body soften, surrender to the heat, and simply be. I work with sweet, woody, and cleansing oils - always chosen with intention, attuned to the moment and the energy of the day<3 My sessions flow in three waves: a meditative beginning, a second round where music fills the room and my voice rests, and a final round that blends both. My taste in music can be a little playful and spicy, and I love discovering hidden gems to share:)
