✨ Signature & Energy As a sauna master, I focus strongly on ensuring that each person gets what they hope for out of the session. I aim to facilitate a space where there is room for both reflection and meditation, as well as lightness, joy, and calm. I often vary my sessions depending on the time of day, and I try to use scents that match both the music and the vibe I want to create (there’s, for example, a big difference between my morning and evening infusions). I usually build the heat gradually over the three rounds, so you can follow along the whole way. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound Most often, I blend melodic tracks without vocals with songs whose lyrics feel aligned with the state of mind and atmosphere I want to guide guests toward. 🎧 Often on the Playlist I enjoy playing everything from Hans Philip, Led Zeppelin, and Billie Eilish to Northern Voices, Polo & Pan, and Bremer McCoy. 🌿 A Little about Me During a stressful period, I discovered sauna infusion and experienced what it did for my nervous system. I was sold – and completely ready to share that same experience with others. The sanctuary in and around the sauna (and the cold plunge) is profoundly healing and heartfelt, and I love being able to offer a break in everyday life that does more than just warm people up.
