✨ Signature & Energy For me, sauna infusion is primarily a way to unwind and a sanctuary from everyday life – a space where each participant can connect with themselves, their body, thoughts, and emotions. That’s why my sessions are typically characterized by a calm and meditative atmosphere, yet with plenty of heat. I strive to create a safe space where you can be exactly as you are and gently land in the present moment. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound For me, it’s important to build an atmosphere centered around self-care and presence, where the focus turns inward toward body and mind. I carefully select music that supports this journey – often with subtle messages or melodies that help shoulders relax and maybe even bring a smile to your face. 🎧 Often on the Playlist My music spans widely – from meditative to melodies that evoke emotions and open the door to reflection. Other times I choose familiar, feel-good tracks most people know. I often return to artists like Facesoul, Meitei, Fred Again, Moby, and Enigma. 🌿 A Little about Me I am driven by atmosphere and community. It means a lot to me that everyone feels welcome, and I always make space for both laughter and depth. Outside the sauna, I’m a bit of a social spirit who loves good laughs, lightness, and warm connections. Humor and care are guiding values for me – both in and outside the sauna.
