✨ Signature & Energy Having been part of Mobilsauna’s journey from the very beginning, I’ve spent a long time discovering my own signature in the sauna. I always bring myself fully into the space and guide from where I stand. I take pride in creating an authentic flow with the goal of getting you out of your head and into your body. The common thread in all my sessions is activating all the senses, working with breath, gently pushing boundaries – and always ending with high energy to fuel the rest of your day. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound I’m deeply passionate about creating atmosphere through both music and guidance, and I spend a lot of time refining my cues and curating my playlists. Expect a blend of ambient and relaxing tones that invite calm and depth, alongside more energetic tracks that might make you want to sway gently to the rhythm. 🎧 Often on the Playlist You’ll often hear artists like Billie Eilish, Fred Again, and Saint Clara. 🌿 A Little about Me After several years in corporate jobs, long working hours, and a fast-paced lifestyle, I found sauna infusion as the perfect counterbalance – a way to let go and be present in the moment. I also live a very active lifestyle, pushing my body in both cardio and strength training – and it thanks me for being regularly exposed to both cold and heat.
