To me a saunagus is a tiny escape from the daily routine. After enjoying over 50 sessions of saunas myself, ability to curate music, pick oils and offer the same experience - the break from the “hamster’s wheel” inspired me to become a facilitator myself. In my saunas, you can typically expect a blend of more grounding and calming oils, accompanied with progressive ambient music as well as selection of classic/rare songs and their remixes, based on what fits the gus’ vibe. With little to none talking during the sessions so you can enjoy the heat harmony. :) Sage, pinewood, eucalyptus, blood orange are some of my favorite go-to aroma oils. As a teaser - sometimes you will enjoy menthol crystals for the middle round for that cold & hot sensation. As for the warmth, I really enjoy receiving as much aufguss fanning as possible, both towards the chest and towards the feet, thus I strive to give the same attention for each of you in my rounds. Starting gentle and finishing hot - so the cold plunge feels like a pleasant escape.
