I work as a professional ballerina and originally sought out saunagus for simple athletic active recovery, but fell in love with the massive amount of bonus health benefits alongside the wonderful community found here. I'm American but hoping to get the permanent residency in Denmark in 2026, so it's been special to strengthen the community outside of work. In my sessions, I aim to turn the heat up, but also to intentionally guide you through until you’re surfing the heat waves with complete confidence. Being a dancer and long- time collaborator with musicians, I have a passion for curating my playlists to accompany the right mood. I’m constantly updating my playlists to try to hit that sweet spot between familiar yet fresh. Whether we’re aiming for an energization round or a relaxation round, I hope my music is not just an addition but a foundation to the sauna experience. Completing the sensory arc, I’ve grown passionate for playing with the oils in order to support an atmosphere from grounding floral- spice blends, uplifting citrus bursts, to refreshing minty pops. Overall, I want to create a space where you can take a well- deserved break from the buzz of your everyday schedule to ground and refresh yourself in the sauna.
