Note: I facilitate in Danish only Marie Mai creates a safe and nurturing space in the sauna, and her Gus is a mindful invitation to connect deeply with yourself through body awareness, the breath, and all your senses. She brings her background as an experienced holistic body therapist into every session, incorporating elements that encourage presence, reconnect you with your natural state, and create a sense of freedom in the body. Her key words are: intuition, presence, and safety. Music, scents, movement, and breath are woven together into a holistic experience that awakens all the senses and allows the nervous system to settle and relax.
