For me, every sauna session should feel like stepping into another world. For the next hour, nothing else matters - no phones, no stress, no expectations. Just heat, music and the moment you’re in. My goal isn’t simply to make the sauna hot; it’s to make every minute worth staying for. I enjoy combining powerful heat with carefully selected essential oils to create contrast throughout the journey.
