✨ Signature & Energy My goal with my sessions is to help everyone in the sauna lower their shoulders and leave with a renewed feeling – a feeling I usually describe as calm. I often vary the energy level. Usually, I start gently and gradually build up the heat as the session progresses. I typically end with high intensity, so you leave with the sense of having overcome something in the end. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound I play music that I myself would enjoy hearing in a sauna session. It’s primarily on the calm and more “chill” end of the musical spectrum. 🎧 Often on the Playlist Mona Moroni, Hermanos Gutiérrez, Khruangbin, and Arc De Soleil – mixed with purely instrumental Brian Eno compositions. 🌿 A Little about Me I spend most of my free time running, strength training, playing football, focusing on nutrition, reading, and of course, being with my wonderful friends and family. I’ve recently started a journey as an entrepreneur, which takes up a lot of my time. That also means my need for rest and reflection is significant – and the sauna is very much where I find it.
