✨ Signature & Energy A balanced journey through heat, scent and rhythm. My sessions combine calm moments with uplifting energy - designed to help you disconnect, recharge and leave with a smile. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound Melodic electronica and soulful instrumentals create the rhythm of every session. My approach is to keep the guidance minimal, allowing the music, the heat, and the flow of the sauna ritual to create an immersive experience. 🎧 Often on the Playlist Bremer/McCoy • Dominique Fils-Aimé • Khruangbin • Paul Kalkbrenner 🌿 A Little About Me I'm passionate about movement and living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Whether it's the gym, padel, running, or something else entirely, I simply love moving my body. I've also always enjoyed creating meaningful experiences for others, both in my personal and professional life. That's why I love being a Gusmaster - it brings those passions together. Sauna has become an essential part of my own routine to recover, recharge, and reconnect, and I hope every session leaves you feeling just as refreshed and energized.
