People walk in carrying different things. A hard week, a good mood, a quiet need for something they can't quite name. My intention is to meet them where they are, as best as possible. Some come to escape, some to feel something, some just to sweat. I try not to assume. I'm there for them, not the other way around. There is no fixed formula. One day it's slow and melancholic, the next it's electronic and full of life. I strive to let the energy in the room decide, and then reinforce it. I like to experiment, and I've made peace with the fact that my sessions don't fit into one box. Honestly, I don't like boxes much anyway. What matters to me is that the space feels safe, authentic and honest. Above all, I want to create a room where whatever you brought with you is allowed to be there. A place where you're allowed to show up exactly as you are.
