Rasmus is a facilitator who holds space with clarity, strength, and calm focus. Through both Deep, Club and Peak sessions, he creates powerful, grounded experiences that bring you back to your body, breath, and inner stillness. With a steady hand and a sharp ear for music, Rasmus builds each session as a journey - using heat, rhythm, and essential oils, he crafts a focused space for release and reconnection. What to expect: Focus, strength, and a clear mind. A space for stillness, reset, and quiet strength. Leave feeling balanced, recharged, and ready to meet the world🔥
