Simon's sessions are explosive, dynamic and honest - go real or go home. He's Head of Product and Education at Plugin, a certified integrated health coach, and a former professional musician with over 15 years as a group training and physical health instructor. He brings confidence, trust and wildness. He uses every tool - music, heat, breath, movement and aroma - to help guests let go of what isn't relevant and make space for new energy. His sessions Deep - raw presence, turned inward. Peak - investigative and experimental, at full intensity. Club - wild, expressive energy. Best for: Anyone ready to go beyond the surface and fully live in their body for a moment. You'll leave feeling: Motivated and aligned - and, in his words, like a baked potato. Heat note: Intense by design. Come ready to feel.
