✨ Signature & Energy My sessions follow the rhythm of the day and the seasons. Mornings are uplifting and gently activating, while sessions later in the day move into a more introspective and reflective space. The energy evolves naturally, creating room for both clarity and depth. 🎶 Atmosphere & Sound Music is central to the experience. I primarily work with cinematic soundscapes, minimal lyrics, and chants, placing atmosphere above tempo. In the heat, this approach allows the body to lead while the mind slows down, making it easier to remain present and grounded. 🎧 Often on the Playlist Arc de Soleil, Hermanos Gutiérrez, Beach House, Tina Dickow, French Kiwi Juice, Facesoul, Ajeet. 🌿 A Little About Me I’m drawn to the contrast between cold and warmth and how they shape and enhance each other. For me, sauna and ice baths are part of the same practice. I enjoy using my body, pushing limits, and finding calm on the other side. Fun fact: I’ve participated in the Danish ice swimming championships.
