DGI Huset Vejle

DGI Huset Vejle is a swimming and wellness centre where saunagus takes place in the swimming hall's shared sauna. Experienced gus masters give three rounds of gus over about 1½ hours with breaks, treating you to snacks, fresh fruit, ice water and coffee/tea. For everyone over 18.

Sauna gus at DGI Huset Vejle takes place in the shared sauna of the swimming pool, with twelve places per session. A gus lasts about twenty minutes, where the gus master guides you through essential oils and scents, and there are sessions several times a week throughout the season. We have a regular team of gus masters who take turns, so scent, music and temperature vary from time to time. The gus is for everyone over 18, though not for pregnant women or people with fragrance allergies. Remember an extra dry towel to sit on – you cannot take part without one. Book in advance; the groups are small and fill up quickly.
