Glostrup Idrætsanlæg

Glostrup Svømmehal offers saunagus in which a gus master, using a towel, water and changing blends of essential oils, guides you through the experience. SaunaGus is held, among other times, every Monday in connection with StilleAften for guests over 16.

Sauna gus in Glostrup takes place in the swimming hall's wellness cabin, where the gus master uses a towel, water and changing blends of essential oils to spread heat and scent through the room. The regular gus is held as part of StilleAften, the hall's quiet evening, and is for guests over 16. Now and then we hold FyraftensGus in the sauna cabin, with more time for heat, cold and breaks. The cabin is small, so there are few places per session – book in advance, and bring swimwear and a towel.
