Heat N Health Club

Heat n Health Club is a sauna community in Kastrup with a circular sauna. All sessions are guided and combine heat, essential oils, breathing and rest, and between rounds you cool down in cold-water tubs. The focus is on balancing the nervous system and bringing people together in a strong community.

Sauna gus at Heat n Health Club takes place in the round sauna in Flyverbyen on Amager Landevej, with the cold-water tubs right outside and cold water and snacks during the breaks. A gus lasts 75 minutes with rounds of heat, essential oils, breathwork and rest. Alongside The Signature, the house's core gus, run a number of fixed formats: Friday Vibes with techno, deep house and afro house, ONG NAMO where the final round is a shared mantra, and Den Gamles Gus, where the temperature is pushed to the limit and the water hose comes out at the end. Many sessions carry the gus master's own name, so you can pick your style.
