Hedensted Centret

Hedensted Centret is a small, cozy and family-friendly swimming pool that offers saunagus in the pool's sauna. The centre features a large communal sauna, an infrared sauna, a steam bath and a 38-degree lounge pool.

Sauna gus at Hedensted Centret takes place in the swimming hall's large communal sauna, where the gus master pours water with essential oils over the hot stones and spreads the steam with a towel. The gus is the short, classic kind of about a quarter of an hour, held several times a week so it fits into an ordinary swim. We have a regular team of gus masters who take turns, so scent and mood vary from time to time. Afterwards you can continue into the rest of the house's warmth: the infrared sauna, the steam bath and the 38-degree lounge pool. Book in advance – there is limited room on the benches.
