Sauna sessions with us
Sauna gus at iluma takes place in a high-end sauna for 14 guests with a cold plunge and shower right outside. A gus lasts 75 minutes, and you choose the heat yourself: Warm & Soothing sits around 80 degrees with gentler oil blends, mindfulness and calm rounds, while Hot & Intense runs at about 90 degrees and goes deeper. The gus master spreads essential oils with towel and fan and weaves breathwork, meditation and music into the session, and everything is guided in English. Read the subtitle on the class before you book – some require swimwear, others make it optional.
