Kurbad Limfjorden

Kurbad Limfjorden sits by the water in Struer and holds pools, an outdoor spa, several saunas, a wellness lounge and a café. Sauna gus is held three days a week and lasts about 45 minutes, typically three rounds in the sauna with short breaks for cooling down and water in between. The sauna host pours water and oils onto the hot stones and distributes the heat and the scents around the room with precise towel movements. Places are limited and allocated first come, first served among the house's day spa guests.
