Sauna session in Præstø

Præstø has one sauna venue, and it's an inn where the session can become part of a whole stay.

Kirsebærkroen sits between forest and fjord, only an hour's drive from Copenhagen, and groups are small with eight places. A session lasts 75 minutes with three rounds of 10-12 minutes, essential oils and calm music, and in the breaks you take the cold dip in the tub or straight into the fjord. The inn's homemade sugar and salt scrub is part of the experience along with a warm ginger drink and a few snacks, and sessions run with a minimum of five participants. Bring swimwear and a towel.
