Simon's SaunaGus

Simon's SaunaGus is located at Simon's Padel & Golf Club in Humlebæk, where the sauna and the padel courts have become neighbours. The sauna seats 12 guests, with cold showers and a calm lounge area with a café waiting outside. Besides the guided sauna gus, the sauna can also be used as an open sauna with a membership or a day ticket, and the changing rooms are indoors at Simon's Padel.

Sauna gus at Simon's lasts an hour and a half in the sauna, which seats 12 guests right next to the padel courts. The regular format is called Flow Session - a gentle, sensory experience focused on breathing, soft scents and slow movements, built around several rounds with breaks in the cold showers along the way. The format suits both newcomers to sauna gus and anyone recovering after a match on the court. Outside the guided sessions you can use the sauna freely with a membership or a day ticket for open sauna. Bring your own two towels, swimwear, a water bottle and sandals for the breaks between rounds.
