Sauna session in Vallensbæk

Vallensbæk has one sauna venue: Vallensbæk Vand- og Idrætsby, the municipality's bathing and sports centre on Idræts Allé.

The building holds a 25-metre sports pool, a multi-pool with diving boards at 1, 3 and 5 metres, a children's pool and a warm-water pool with a spa area, plus a 50-metre water slide. Sauna sessions take place in the Finnish sauna in the shared area, which the venue has only recently started up - there are also separate saunas in the men's and women's changing rooms, but only the sauna hosts are allowed to pour water on those stoves. Sign-up is required for sauna sessions, and spots are booked online.
