Sauna session in Rødvig

Sauna sessions in Rødvig take place at Saunaoasen Rødvig, a down-to-earth sauna oasis on the event grounds at Feriebyens Camping, run by Henrik and Flora. Here a large wood-fired sauna and two ice baths stand alongside comfortable seating, a covered snack bar, outdoor showers and a changing tent. In an Is & Gus session you alternate between three hot sauna rounds - the sauna is around 80 degrees - and a genuine ice bath at about 0 degrees, with room for up to 14 participants. Besides the open sessions there is GudindeGus for women only and private, tailored sauna experiences.
