Sundhed og Fokus holds saunagus in a small oasis in Ørsted near Havdrup, with a beautiful view over the fields and a real wood-burning stove that gives just the right heat. Only essential oils are used, and a session combines saunagus with an ice bath — a sensory break from everyday stress where you can relax, recharge and find balance at a calm pace. Tea, water and light snacks are served along the way, and there are also children's gus and themed evenings with guided meditation.
