There is a Finnish sauna at 86 degrees with dry, intense heat, a bio sauna at 60-70 degrees with higher humidity for longer and gentler sessions, and an integrated cold plunge kept at 7-9 degrees with continuous filtration. The area comes with towel service, a lounge and refreshments, and access is included with membership or a day pass.
