Saunagus kombinerer saunaens varme med aromaterapi. 🌸 Gusmesteren hælder vand med æteriske olier over de varme sten og vifter dampen rundt. 🌬️ Fordele: - Dybere afslapning 😌 - Forbedret blodcirkulation 💓 - Detox 🌿 - Husk at drikke rigeligt med vand både før og efter gusen og tag et ekstra håndklæde med til at sidde på i saunaen💧

Ølstykke Svømmehal is the municipal swimming pool of Egedal on Stadionvej, with a 25-metre pool with 1- and 3-metre boards, a large shallow pool for play and water confidence, and a 32.5-degree warm-water pool with a bubble bench and massage jets. On the wellness side there are traditional saunas in both the women's and the men's changing rooms, an infrared sauna and a steam bath with aromatherapy. The hall also has a fitness room and Aquapunkt training in the water.
