Analog Sauna

Analog Sauna offers saunagus combined with cold-water tubs in Nordhavn, Copenhagen. The place is intended as a room for calm, reflection and immersion where everyone is welcome, and where you can take a break from the rush of everyday life and recharge both body and mind. You can book single tickets or clip cards, and monthly subscriptions with a fixed number of gus sessions are also available.

Sauna gus at Analog Sauna takes place in the sauna on Færgehavnsvej in Nordhavn, seating 18 guests, with the cold-water tubs right outside. Every session is called Saunagus & koldtvandskar: three rounds with breaks in between where you cool off in the tubs, and the whole thing takes about an hour. The place is meant as a room for calm and immersion, and we have a broad team of gus masters who take turns, so the mood varies from time to time. You can book a single ticket, a clip card or a monthly subscription with a set number of sessions. Arrive ten minutes early and bring swimwear, a water bottle, two towels and, if you like, bathing shoes.
