Arndal Spa

Arndal Spa sits on Store Kongensgade in central Copenhagen and is a spa and fitness house with a sauna, a steam room and a 37-degree saltwater pool. The sauna gus lasts 45-50 minutes: the gus master pours essential oils onto the sauna stove's glowing stones and explains the effects of the herbs used as the session goes on, while a towel is swung over the stove to spread the steam through the room. The experience is rounded off with freshly cut fruit.
