Sauna session in Bjerringbro

Sauna sessions in Bjerringbro take place at the town's sports centre, where the sauna is big enough that you can simply turn up.

Bjerringbro Idrætscenter has a sauna and spa area next to the pool, with a large sauna for 80 people, a spa, a steam bath and an ice bath. The sauna is so big that there's no sign-up for the daily sessions - you just show up and join as many as you like, while the venue's sauna hosts set the mood with essential oils, towels and heat.

Alongside the regular programme, the centre also holds special ticketed evenings that combine sessions with ice baths, spa and food - Kurbadsaften with four sessions and a steam-bath treatment, and Sauna Night with visiting hosts. Tickets are bought at the café by the entrance, where the building also houses halls, padel, a gym and overnight stays.
